WHY PEOPLE LIKE the beach house
As someone who spends money on luxury travel and who has also rented ocean front homes before, I was very impressed (which is usually not the case). Most of all was the fact that you really were thoughtful as to what the house offered. Usually when you rent a place for “location” - the house leaves a lot to be desired because they can get away with it. Instead, Terra Vita Collection literally thought of everything you could want in a house right down to the home theater room with all the candy and drinks included, the gym, the jacuzzi, Pac-Man and games... And the fact the house was stocked with complimentary drinks and even alcoholic beverages, really made you feel welcomed. Then there’s your personal concierge who is on call 24/7 - She has such a great attitude and is very responsive - always felt like she was a text away whenever we needed her for anything - which is also rare. The additional offerings such as the chef experience and the amazing driver to the best restaurants in the area was amazing. Thank you for sharing such an amazing home!
Victoria Point, is one of the NICEST places I’ve stayed here in Malibu. Not only is the residence absolutely stunning, but to wake up to the sound of the ocean and take on that view! It’s breathtaking. Gives you such a home-y vibe and everything is very up to date and clean. And on top of all that..the beds were SO comfy! I highly recommend staying here if you haven’t already! I can’t wait to go back!
I can't say enough about how helpful MJ was in making our experience the best possible. It was my daughter's 18th birthday and since we are laying low due to COVID, we invited a few of her friends over for a beach weekend. MJ coordinated an amazing chef to make us all a fantastic meal, the views of this property were amazing, the house was stocked with candy, popcorn, and drinks. They had provided Welcome Smores. We are so grateful for the weekend at the property.
One of my favorite beach front locations in Malibu. Has everything you could think of including a High Tech sound and lighting system, full theater, balconies on every floor with elevator access. Second time I have stayed and will definitely return!
I don't think there could be a better ocean front property to rent in Malibu than this property. The configuration of the inside combined with the amazing multiple outside deck spaces made this the perfect spot for our 4 generation family get away. The property manager was so responsive and helpful and the owners thought of everything to make our stay easy and memorable. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and will definitely return for another spectacular vacation.
The place was amazing. We’ve never rented a home that was so well appointed. They really thought of everything you could possibly need, including fully stocked snacks, drinks and bar in the home theater. The concierge was exceptional. Very responsive and very knowledgeable of the area. The location on the beach is very nice. It’s toward the end of the beach and is a more quiet area but within walking distance along the beach to a large public beach/park. The neighborhood is very private and secure. Overall, an exceptional home, great location and fantastic service.
Victoria Point is gorgeous! Definitely a hidden gem sitting on the California coast. The views of the ocean are breathtaking and it really does feel like a home away from home. My favorite place was the movie theater! It has comfortable couches and the entire room is soundproof - PLUS! There’s a snack bar. I will definitely be staying here again and will be recommending it to all of my friends.
