What amenities are included with my TerraVita Collection reservation?

Each of our homes have been chosen because of our own connection to the location and the character of the home itself. From a beachfront jacuzzi, a gym and home theater at our Beach House to panoramic desert views and swim up bar in our resort style pool at our Desert House, each home features luxury amenities. You can explore each of our homes amenities in the drop down menu of each of our homes websites (Our Collection).

Which services are included with my TerraVita Collection reservation?

Our signature Terra Vita Concierge team is included in your reservation. Whether you're interested in personally curated experiences, a private fitness class, a relaxing massage at the villa, a driver, villa pre-stocking, or any special requests, our concierge team is here to make these requests happen for you. Our team is a phone call, text, or email away. Experiences and services arranged are done so at supplemental cost, settled upon checkout.

I have a request that is not included in the concierge services listed, is this something that can be arranged?

For our concierge team the sky's the limit. Any needs, special accommodations, services and arrangements that you are interested in, we ensure that it is handled seamlessly.

I would like to make arrangements prior to my arrival. How do I do this and who should I contact?

Once your reservation is confirmed, our concierge team will be in contact with you to prepare for your arrival and arrange any and all experiences or treatments that you may wish to schedule ahead of time. Can YOU arrange arrival and departure transfers for me and my guests?

Whether you’re interested in scheduling a ride share, a private car or limo,renting a vehicle or letting our friendly and trusted driver take you around town in luxury and comfort, our concierge team is happy to assist you with your arrival and departure transfers. Are your homes pet friendly?

If your pet is friendly, then we are pet friendly! For any pets that are accompanying you during your stay, a supplemental pet fee will be included with the security deposit. Pets that are not disclosed prior to arrival will be subject to non-refundable additional charges and fees. Please reach out to Mj at mj@bvpinvestors.com to let us know about your pet.

I am interested in your villa pre-stocking? How can I place an order? Which items are available?

Come home to a fully stocked kitchen full of fresh and locally sourced ingredients, vegetables and produce. To place a grocery order or for anything else like flower arrangements, alcohol or other special requests, please send a list with all of your items and requests to Mj at mj@bvpinvestors.com. Your items will be stocked and ready for you when you arrive!

I have made my reservation but I need to make a change or cancel. What is the cancellation/change policy?
