• The Desert House is cleaned and disinfected before your arrival using the highest of cleaning practices by our five star cleaning crew. Please note that all reservations are subject to a cleaning fee.

A guaranteed reservation and security deposit assures you access to the Beach House from the time you check in until your check out time. All reservations made through the website must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Please note that all reservations are subject to a cleaning fee.

You are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. Damages will be deducted from security deposit or charged personally if damage is higher than security deposit.
